So, as per the allegations of the application, after the demand of Rs.10 lakh bribe made by the two corporators to the contractor was fully supported during the investigation, Police Inspector Kalpesh Dhaduke of Surat City ACB Police Station became a prosecutor on behalf of the government and a crime under the Prevention of Corruption Act was filed against the two corporators Jitu alias Jitendra Kachdia and Vipul Suhagia.
