Junagadh : Junagadh district received heavy rain with strong winds yesterday. The wind blew at Girnar nine times faster than the city. Heavy winds and 4 inches of rain flooded the Kalwa and Sonrakh rivers again today. Apart from this, three to three inches of rain fell in Bhensan, Junagadh, Vanthali, Manavadar Panthak.The wind speed has increased since last night when the whole district including Junagadh has been receiving incessant rain for the past three days. Apart from this, Mendara, Maliya Hatina, Visavadar panthak received one and a half inches of rain, Keshod one inch, Mangrol half an inch of rain. As incessant rains have led to waterlogging in rural areas, people are worried.
