BJP Formula: In the Lok Sabha Election 2024, the reason behind BJP’s setback in states like UP, Rajasthan, Haryana and Maharashtra is also considered to be the selection of candidates. An internal report of the party also said that the BJP had repeated many faces, which upset the public. The result of which was seen as defeat in all the seats. Now the BJP is experimenting with candidate selection and directly involving local leaders and workers in the process. BJP conducted district level survey in Haryana on Sunday. Voting was conducted in district head offices, in which local leaders and activists were asked to write down three names of their choice. For this, the leaders of the state unit, district, mandal and all fronts were called by the party. Apart from this, former MLAs, MPs and representatives in local bodies also voted. These leaders were asked which three leaders they consider as ticket contenders in their constituency. These people were given a slip, with space to fill in three names. After filling the three names in these slips it was put in the box. A BJP leader said that this was done so that the workers could be taken into confidence. They consider themselves involved in the party’s strategy so that they work well in the elections. This procedure was adopted in all districts. The party conducted polling at the district head office and this was also a sort of internal survey of all seats in the area. Meanwhile, election officials were also present. BJP leaders say that workers have votes in all 90 seats in Haryana. BJP is going to win all the seats alone and its alliance with JJP has been broken. Last time too, this coalition was formed after the election because earlier BJP entered the election alone but formed the coalition government after not getting full majority.
