Today, the counting of votes for the by-elections held in Wayanad and Nanded Lok Sabha seats and the by-elections held in 46 assembly seats of 13 states, including nine seats in UP, is being done.

BJP ahead in eight seats in Uttar Pradesh:
BJP is ahead in eight seats in Uttar Pradesh. In which BJP is ahead in Ghaziabad, Mirapur, Kundarki, Khair, Sisamau, Phulpur, Katehri and Manjwa, while SP is ahead in Karhal seat.

BJP candidate Deepak Patel ahead in Phulpur:
BJP candidate Deepak Patel is ahead by 2 thousand votes in the fifth round of counting of votes for Phulpur assembly by-election.

SP candidate Naseem Solanki ahead in Sisamu:
Eight rounds of counting have been completed in Sisamu assembly constituency of Kanpur. In which SP candidate Naseem Solanki is ahead by 28 thousand votes.

Samajwadi Party ahead in Katehri:
SP has now moved ahead in Katehri. Apart from Katehri, Samajwadi Party candidates are also leading in Karhal and Sisamu. On the other hand, BJP-RLD alliance is ahead in five seats including Kundarki, Ghaziabad, Mazwan.
